9.4.1. Exercise: Clearing a Space
It is useful to practice Clearing a Space
both on your own and with others in training workshops. As with regular Focusing, a trainer can
introduce Clearing a Space to a group of trainees, but working one-on-one or on
your own is generally more effective, because it allows for greater flexibility
in carrying out the task. Next, it’s
a good idea to work in small groups, taking turns in therapist role and client
roles.
